Beware of faulty surveys

There has been a recent onslaught of survey after survey appearing on the web these days. the results may be based off of the information the was received but is the overall analysis of the survey applicable to the general public – probably not. Here are the four most common problems with any survey not conducted by profession researchers.

Bias – Bias happens when only those who want to participate in a survey do. Getting feedback from only those who want to participate and not from those who are required or compelled to do so can skew results.

False information – Getting result from those who skim the survey or those who exaggerate answers will create a problems with the results.

Sample size – When surveys are conducted on a small group, the end results may not be representative of the larger population. The danger of getting a small group is that certain sects or subgroups may be dis proportionate to the actual population.

Internet – the problem with the internet is that participates are not screened before the partake in the survey. Another problem lies in the program used to conduct the survey. Some survey allow users to partake an unlimited number of times and while other surveys may have technical problems in compiling data.

“Bombshell” McGee and Jamie Jungers have been slated to host a reality television show about celebrity personalities cheating. The duo and the creator, Bobby Goldstein, are currently shopping the idea around to different studios hoping for one to snag. The show hasn’t found a home yet but both McGee and Jungers are still committed to doing the show once it gets the green light.

Tiki barber finally copped to his long affair with a 23 year old former NBC intern named Traci Lynn Johnson. Reports have been telling of an affair that could have started in 2008, well before Tiki’s wife, Ginny, became pregnant with twins. The mistress, Traci Lynn Johnson, bragged to the world about the trip she took with the ex-football player to Senegal. Pictures of her with her arms around Tiki and pictures of them kissing could be found on Traci’s Facebook, a source told the Post.

Tiki, while around Taci, apparently introduced her to people as his personal assistant. Close friends of Ginny report that she is extremely distraught over Tiki’s cheating.
